We are raising money for Pancreatic Cancer Action!
For 2019, we have decided to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Action (Reg, charity no 1137689), whose mission is to improve pancreatic survival rates through early diagnoses and to improve the quality life of patients. Laura T, Emma, Lauren, Lucy, Agata, Paulina and Danuta will be taking part in the Newbury Colour Obstacle Rush on 25th May 2019…
Based in Hampshire, Pancreatic Cancer Action works with health care professionals to provide resources and learning to help them diagnose pancreatic cancer sooner, as well as raising awareness of symptoms and fundraising research into a diagnostic test for the disease.
The 5K course, which the team will be tackling on the 25th May, involves 20 obstacles and 8 colour stations, so they will all be in for a challenging and hopefully, fun day!
