Updating our ISO9001:2008 Accreditation…

We are currently busy in the office as we recently passed our annual audit for the ISO9001:2008 and now we are working with IMSM to change over to the new 2015 standard, which will result in a new manual.

The new standard is more applicable to service industries than previously and has a much higher focus on involvement from top management to show leadership in all aspects of quality and standards. The main theme of the new revision is the identification, evaluation and management of quality related risks & opportunities.
