When we quote new jobs, we often get feedback from customers that they continually have to contact their cleaning company with complaints, sometimes they cannot get hold of someone, and often those complaints are not followed up. A lot of customers then also dread changing over to an alternative cleaning supplier as they just think they are going to get the same service.

That’s why we are different at Fresh and Clean Services, we care about what we do, we were established as and still run today as a family business, and we promote those family business ethics throughout. We have a dedicated team of Supervisors who are able to regularly visit all of our sites, and if you have any queries then there is a small team in the office to deal with them, and they will also follow them through.

Last of all, we are local. We never go too far afield with the work we carry out as we need to stay true to our promises, it is important to us that we do not stretch ourselves too thinly in order for us to be able to deliver the professional service that we can rely on.
