Fresh and Clean Services is a family-owned business that has been in operation for 39 years. We provide professional office cleaning services to clients in the North Hampshire and Berkshire areas, and our office is located between Basingstoke and Reading.
We have around 150 sites in our client base, including all types of commercial offices and premises that require cleaning on a daily or regular basis. We have built our business on providing excellent customer service, so do not need to tie customers into long-term contracts, although we are happy to work to a contract if required.
We employ over 120 cleaners and always allocate the same cleaner or cleaning team to our sites to maintain continuity. If, for some reason a cleaner is unable to work, we will always ensure the job is covered, either by another cleaning team member who works for us at another site, or by a member of the management team!
WORKING WITH MANAGING AGENTS
We are also heavily involved in working with managing agents and specialise in providing communal area cleaning for both commercial and residential properties. Agents we currently work with include London Clancy, Boultbee Brooks, Merlin Estates and Project Management Southern Ltd.
Fresh and Clean Services has a well-trained and reliable team working both within the office and out on site coupled with a large fleet of fully-equipped vans to provide our customers with the best possible service.
ISO 9001:2015 ACCREDITATION
Fresh and Clean Services are proud to have gained the ISO9001:2015, as quality is critical to everything we do. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible quality standards and regularly review our processes and systems to ensure that we are efficient and providing excellent customer service at all times.
TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKINGS (TUPE)
TUPE refers to the ‘Transfer Of Undertakings (protection of employment) Regulations 2006,’ as amended by the ‘Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.’
The TUPE rules apply to organisations of all sizes and protect employees’ rights when the organisation or service they work for transfers to a new employer.
For many customers this can be a real stress when looking at alternative cleaning services, and especially for some customers who have never heard of TUPE.
At Fresh and Clean, we are able to take all that stress away, as we deal with TUPE situations regularly when taking on new work. It comes into effect for us when a customer already has cleaning staff in place, whether that may be through another cleaning company or directly employed by the customer.
We have trained staff on TUPE to ensure we have a full understanding of the legislation and allow us to manage transfers as smoothly as possible.

ISO 45001: 2018 ACCREDITATION
Fresh and Clean Services has worked very hard throughout the company, and we are very proud to be able to say that we have successfully achieved our ISO 45001: 2018 accreditation.
This accreditation specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable us to provide a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injury and ill-health, as well as by proactively improving our occupational health and safety performance.
